McCormack Detail Group is phenomenal. I had already lost quite a few teeth and found out that all of my teeth at some point would come out. My options were dentures (which are not feasible for me) or implants. I went with implants. I have a great fear of the dentist and the staff here couldn’t be anymore attentive and kind. Very thorough and pays attention to detail. I received the implants yesterday and am so grateful how they put me at so much ease during the surgery. Even Mandy texting me that evening checking on me, I’m very grateful. Today I had the temporary teeth put in and they are absolutely beautiful!

I went to see Doc Mannoti who was amazing he not only treated my Crowns but it was also so fun to be in his chair for a few hours. Lorien aranged for me to come in early that day so I could get all the work done, she knows her stuff. Then Tessa if you’re so lucky to get her as your dental assistant you will be treated like family. She is so fun I didn’t stop laughing for hours. Then Stacey who saw I had to wait for 45 minutes for the crown to be made asked me if i wanted a cleaning. How thoughtful and kind was that, she is a the best. Also Lyndsey took care of the insurance quickly and has the best smile. No one likes going to the dentist but this group made the experience so fun. Thank You North Royalton Team.

Awesome experience! Best staff around especially Mandy and Tiffany plus all of the people in the OR with me yesterday! My teeth look amazing and I’m so happy with my experience so far.

Very friendly office and will accommodate you for an emergency. The doctor and staff explains your situation well. Very courteous and generous as well with understanding your finances. (A little hard to reach by phone, but perhaps need to call at the right times.)

There are many staff personnel to thank at the North Royalton office. I finally got my confidence back to smile after many, many years. Thank you to Tessa for making my beautiful crowns and being so kind and bubbly, Dr. Patel and Dr. Griggs for explaining all options/step by step process and Lauren for perfect, no pain X-Rays/fillings! Last but definitely NOT least, Lindsey! If it wasn't for Lindsey and her endless determination to get all of my dental work approved by my insurance company, none of this would have been possible!!! Thank you ALL so very much. I walked in the door as a stranger and feel like I left as family....

Extremely frustrated that I did not have any pain when they told me I needed cavities filled and a crown and now after they did the work I am in constant pain.

After 47 years with no cavities both dentists told me I had 3 cavities and that they wouldn’t clean my teeth because I needed a deep cleaning in May 2024 but they couldn’t fill them until the end of October! In the meantime I went to Lorain County Health and Dentisry(where they don’t get paid extra for dental work) and I was told I had no cavities and did not need a deep cleaning! They also tried to get me to pay for a crown for my daughter who has never had a root canal and the dentist at the LCH&D filled it for her without a problem!! I knew dentists were shady be careful who you trust and get a second opinion!!

Dr.Patel was very understanding and compassionate about my fears of the dentist. She was ver kind and took the time to explain my care. Also she did a great job of making sure I was comfortable during my extractions. I’m so glad I found her to be my dentist!

I had my quarterly peri cleaning. The hygienist i had was new but Christina did a great, thorough job. She also gave me tips on care. The entire staff is friendly and efficient.

Today 7/3 I went for my 9:50 am appointment. The office was closed. No one had called to let me know about that. I had rearranged my schedule for this appointment, it was upsetting that I wasted my morning. I called and left a message to let me know when I am rescheduled. Dave Cameron

Broke my crown while travelling back from a trip. Called Monday morning and the very pleasant receptionist fit me in early that afternoon. She understood how awkward it felt without only a partial crown. Dr. McCormack owns new state of the art technology to make the whole process, as pleasant as possible, so that I could be done with the whole process in less than two hours. They removed the rest of the old crown, took digital impressions (no more gagging on goo and such), created the new crown with their own 3D equipment, digital xray, and cemented it in under 2 hrs. No more repeat visits. Totally recommend this practice. The hygenist and Dr explained what they were doing during the entire "mind blowing" process.

The receptionists are professional and nice. But the five stars go to all the dental assistants and dentists. They make me feel comfortable and relaxed knowing I am getting friendly, knowledgable, and outstanding care. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of oral care. Another great experience on 11/11/19. Keep up the great work!!

My husband was having severe pain, called them up they got him right in. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They explained everything in full detail. We are extremely satisfied with the service. I will be visiting them as well. I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism they showed us.
